Good to know to prepare your enquiry and order
Minimum order is 5000 bottles. If you need less than 5000 bottles please contact us to get full details of our partners who print smaller quantities on our bottles.
Please contact us for a quotation, more information or samples. We have 25 years of experience from manufacturing and printing of sports bottles and we are able to help you in different ways.
If needed we can make a CAD picture of the bottle and your print to facilitate your decision. We will also send you a print-proof for your approval before printing. Together we can create an appealing sports bottle.
We print the bottles on state-of-the-art equipment using UV-based inks. Printing round bottles are not comparable to printing on a flat sheet or surface. The number of colours in the machine are 3. For more than 3 colours a second loop through the machine is required and we need to check the artwork thoroghly to establish if it is possible. We also require the wanted PantoneTM reference numbers (PMS). See more about printing here.
The delivery time varies with the season etc but is normally 4-6 weeks from approved print-proof.
The bottles are made of HDPE as standard. We offer more soft and glossy materials at an extra charge.

Standardcolours on the bottle are: transparent, white, black, red, blue, silver, metallic blue, white pearl, transparent turquoise, transparent cerice, transparent yellow, transparent lime and transparent orange.
      
     
You can also get a special-colour and/or effects on the bottle with transparent, metallic and pearl colours at an extra charge.
The bottle fits with push-pull and tube closures. For more information about colours see Product range.
To give you an offer we need to know:
*Bottle model, material and amount
*Colour (PMS number if you wish your own colour) and closure
* Number of colours in the print, PMS numbers, typface and a picturefile on your print for example an eps. file.
